The Corona Branch- This branch has everything from Baby and Toddler Story Time to a Girls Club. There is virtually an event every day for kids and none require pre registration. Just show up and listen to a good book.
Fresh Meadows Branch- Holds Teen Gaming with Guitar Hero, DDR, and PSP almost every day at 3pm
Ozone Park Branch- Scrapbooking Saturdays are held every week for children ages 10 and up. This is a great activity for tweens !
Averene Branch – I Wanna Be the Artist Series - At this weekly program, you will look at the work of a famous artist and then try his or her style out. For children 6-12. Where in the World Geography Bee – Ever wonder where the longest river in the world is? Or what’s the capital of Tanzania? At this fun program that takes you around the world and back home again.
Long Island City Broadway Branch – Picture Book Time Crafts – Have fun with coloring and/or crafts for ages 3 to 5 years old. This branch also has Toddler Time for ages 14 months to 3 years.
Rego Park Branch – Mother Goose Time is an interactive program for babies that features nursery rhymes and songs. For babies ages 6 months up to 2 years old and their caregivers.
