Early Childhood Learning Center Opens in LIC

20100329-yellow-DSC_3023 As I walked along Vernon Blvd in Long Island City today, I literally stumbled across the new, and might I say gorgeous Lolly’s Early Learning Center. The owner Ilana Angeliades let us in and gave Queens Mamas the grand tour of this beautiful new learning center.

Located right off of Vernon Blvd on 47th Avenue in Long Island City, Lolly’s focuses on Hall_Panorama1lr programs for children from ages 2-4. The children are separated by age into 3 different classrooms which have been specially designed around the children’s developmental stages. The yellow 2 year old room has play food and other age appropriate toys while the blue 3 year old room has a dress Red_Panorama1lr up area. With a variety of classes and schedules to choose from this can suit a working parent with their full day program as well as be a great part time class for a toddler who needs some social time and creative play. The programs and classes feature organic cooking, yoga, and creative specialty activities for the little ones to be involved with. This center is a great addition to Long Island City with its budding population of parents and families.

Set to open on April 12th 2010 Lolly’s is offering a few great introductory specials on admissions. Check out their site for more details.
