The Queens & Long Island Working Moms Group encourages all mothers, not just ones who work outside the home, to join them for playdates and to build social relationships. While they do events in all boroughs, their focus is Queens and Long Island. Some events are open to dads. Website

Moms of Northeast Queens
While geared toward moms in northeast Queens, this group welcomes moms from all over Queens. Moms of Northeast Queens holds events for moms and their kids, which include trips, playdates, and get-togethers. They also hold mom only events like book clubs, and moms-night-out.
