Your local YM & YWHA has tons of programs and classes to offer your family, and a lot of people in Queens don’t even know it. So we’re going to introduce you to your local Y’s, starting with the Central Queens Y.
Birthday parties, tiny tumblers, gym explorers, mommy and me classes, the Summer’s ‘Nearly camp’ program all barely scratch the surface of the classes available at the Central Queens Y. The comprehensive recreational, educational and cultural programs are by no means limited to infants and toddlers. Early Childhood, Kids K-6, Youth and Adolescents, Adults, and Seniors can all benefit. As the guide below outlines, it is not so much a question of what programs the Y offers, but more a question of what don’t they offer.
