MiniVentures Opens in Middle Village

Parents looking for quality child care in the Middle Village/Glendale area should look no further than MiniVentures, who opened up their second location at 67-52 79th Street.

After running their successful program in the Bronx, MiniVentures brought their curriculum-based child care to Queens. They simulate a classroom environment, and follow a daily schedule, allowing even the youngest kids to adjust to their inevitable school day. This is incredibly helpful in easing the transition for toddlers from home care to Pre-K.

There is an Educational Director on site, ensuring the activities are age appropriate and mentally stimulating. They encourage kids to learn through free play, as well as a structured curriculum. The classes are divided by age into groups:

  • Infants, from 6 months to 24 months old
  • Toddlers, from 2 years to 3 years old
  • Preschool, from 3 years to 5 years old
  • After school, from 6 years to 12 years old

They offer free Universal Pre-K as well, which they are currently accepting  applications for.

An example of your toddler’s daily schedule at MiniVentures would look like this:
