At Petite Gourmet Culinary Arts, Forest Hills resident, Chef Luba, is bringing local, fresh and fun food offerings to residents across Queens. A graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, Chef Luba marries her passion for food and teaching as she delivers a tailored, individual approach to eating and living well.
Got a picky eater? Petite Gourmet Culinary arts offers one-on-one or group classes for parents and kids alike to learn the joy of easy, healthy meal preparation. With everything from her multi-grain mac and cheese with cauliflower sauce to homemade tacos and guacamole, Chef Luba strives to make the cooking process fun, informative and make the food that kids will actually eat.
Her two hour kids classes will also teach the importance of cleanliness during food prep, how to work with a variety of cooking tools and teaches kids and parents how easy it is to shop locally. Additionally, she can tailor meal plans for children with specific dietary needs including soy, nut and gluten allergies.
In addition to cooking classes, Chef Luba can also design a personal meal plan and culinary consultation for weight management, pre and post pregnancy nutrition, as well as provide personal, in-home chef services for dinner and cocktail parties.
Whatever it is you are looking for, Chef Luba is happy to work one-on-one with all of her clients to create a class, meal plan or party that will fit any budget and schedule.
