Cookie Mouse Visits Bayside Storytime

If your little one loves the “Give a Mouse a Cookie” book series then bring him or her to meet the Cookie Mouse at the Barnes and Noble in Bay Terrace this Saturday.

Interactive Goldilocks (Ricitos) Workshop

SEA Teatro, a youth focused Latino theater company, will re-interpret the classic fairy tale of Goldilocks and the Three Bears (and others) in present time and set the story in our own neighborhood at Flushing Town Hall. The show costs $6 for non member adults and $3 for children.

Storybook Discovery Day at the Voeler Orth Museum

Open Play at Raising Astoria

Molecules and Health

Take your kids on a scientific journey through their own bodies at the Hall of Science this weekend. Exhibit is free with admission.

Kids Capoeira Class

Kids enjoy learning the basic acrobatic movements and the different kicks and dodges that is uniquely Capoeira. Your child will soon develop their strength, balance and speed through Capoeira training. Plus they will learn how to play musical instruments such as tambourine and drums, plus a different language, PORTUGUESE from Brazil as well part of it’s culture. Ages: 4 and up
