Elmhurst Favorite: Louie’s Pizzeria & Restaurant

Louie’s Pizzeria & Restaurant is an authentic Italian-style pizzeria that is quite welcome in Elmhurst, Queens which hasn’t had this type of business in many years.  Opened for business on October 5th 2009, Louie’s pizzeria is family-owned, and owner Louie’s father, affectionately known as “Pops”, has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years.


The owner and employees are always friendly and make it a point to interact with and get to know their customers and community.  Their involvement with St. Bartholomew’s Church, the Emerald Society, NYPD Finest Football, Elmhurst Hospital, and NYC Department of Corrections (to name a few) demonstrates their generosity.  There is a large TV which customers who eat-in can enjoy, and on game days all are welcome to come in and watch while eating a good meal.

The main neighborhoods Louie’s Pizzeria serves are Elmhurst and Jackson Heights but this pizzeria/restaurant  also delivers and caters their menu items to all of Queens and other boroughs.  Delivery and catering to locations situated far from Elmhurst, really depends on the size of the order which is completely understandable as they are usually busy.

Those who enjoy a cozy, friendly place that serves good quality pizza and Italian-style dishes such as Baked Ziti and Fettuccine Alfredo will surely enjoy this place.  Aside from delicious-tasting pizza and Italian dishes, they also serve an excellent Rib eye Steak that is very popular among customers and worth every penny.  Drop by and see why Louie’s Pizzeria & Restaurant is among Elmhurst’s favorite.
