If your kids (and you) didn’t devour all the Easter Peeps yet, why not use the leftovers to create some fun Peepshi? This cute candy sushi, designed by Kelly Conaty of Long Island City, perfectly showcases the gorgeous marshmallow chicks and bunnies.
“The key is the Rice Krispie treat ‘rice’ and fruit roll-ups to wrap the candy to the Krispies,” says Kelly, who started making Peepshi five years ago for friends and family. “I have increasingly gone more bonkers, scouring all candy aisles to find interesting shapes.” Add jelly beans, chocolate mini eggs, Swedish fish, or whatever your sweet tooth desires.
